Clap Clap Clap
Wish I'd gone there with my balikbayan friend invited me. Well, there's always next year.

You can also take note of CJ's Empanada and Marsha's bibingka.

San dabest mgfoodtrip along qc?

Here's a list of QC resto na masasabi kong sulit!

Ramen Cool

- Japanese food
- West Ave.
- di lalampas ng 1k na may sushi, ramen, at rice meal good for a japanese date night (around 700)!

Artsy Cafe
- Comfort, Filipino, American, Italian
- Maginhawa & Panay Ave.
- a bit pricey but meals will make you stuffed, worth it! 500 for a date here is enough.
- Try the Chicken Market Salad!
- beside the Panay branch is Komedor Filipino Cuisine resto; the sizziling bulalo & crispy bacon bagnet are the best!

Greens
- Vegan

- Sct. Castor near T. Morato
- Very affordable!
- meals are not gluten-free though

Lucas
-
silog, burgers, atbp.
- a hidden gem along Roosevelt Ave.
- Pang masa pero ayos ang lasa!
- has multiple karaoke rooms at 2nd flr only 150/hr good for 4
- cheap beer!

Nihonbashi-tei's quality is declining. Their servings of some of their foods have also become smaller.

There are a lot of Japanese restos way better than this joint. I dont actually understand the hype over Nihon at the onset.

Hello

You're right. There are so many Japanese restaurants way more authentic and better than Nihonbashitei. It was just that their two  branches along Pasay Road/Arnaiz are frequented mostly by Japanese expats and that maybe, was the source of their perceived hype. Nowadays, their prices are up, food portions are down, place is dirty, menu offering is lessened, food quality is lowered and overall dining experience is way below than it used to be.
