buhaghag Posted October 27, 2003 Share Posted October 27, 2003 (edited) pareng izzecoh.. tanong ako ulit.. nagtanong na ako dati about sa maternity benefits na makukuha ng asawa ko... me nakapagkuwento kasi sa akin na kapag first child ung isisilang, sasagutin ng SSS ang mga gastusin sa ospital sa pagkapanganak... kelangan lang daw na i submit ung mga papers na kailangan sa SSS at mainform sila before ng panganganak... kahit daw inactive na member ang asawa ko at dahil daw ako ang active... ako daw ang magfafile..... parang sa aking SSS account mismo makecredit at dahil dependent ko sya.. salamat ulit.. mabuhay ka.... Kasi meron ako SSS number pero hindi ako hiningan ng Pag-ibig number ng employer ko pero pag payday may sss at pag-ibig deductions ako? If yes, interested ako mag-loan paano ba ang proseso?? Thanks! Reese Posted January 6, 2004 Share Posted January 6, 2004 hmmm...where's izzecoh? me muna sasagot ha, me konting background nman kse in this field Tasselhoff, re your queries:1) nope. iba ang namamahala sa SSS at iba rin sa Pag-Ibig (HDMF). 2) they don't ask or give your HDMF number kse they usually refer your contributions/loan payments to your SS number and birthdate.3) syempre iba deduction for SSS at iba rin for HDMF kse ibang agencies nman yun.4) a) to be qualified for a loan sa SSS, you need at least 36 monthly contributions (pde i-verify yan sa SSS branch nearest you) am not sure lang sa amount check mo na lang sa site nila. sa HDMF nman you need at least 12 monthly contributions. you can go to your nearest HDMF branch to verify rin. goodluck and blow out mo nman ako pag nakapag-loan ka ha? Blade28, here's what u need to do:1) bring that card to the SSS branch nearest you2) some identification3) fill up some form4) have your photo taken5) new card will be sent to u in a couple of weeks (pag swerte)don't lose that new card tho, replacement is P250.00 (diba izzecoh)? izzecoh, paki-correct nman in case may mali or kulang ang nasabi ko. hope this helps. :mtc: Quote Link to comment

How can i get my SSS card? punta kyo to the nearest SSS branch........ fill-up k ng SSS Form E6. then present at least 3 valid ID...... in absense nun ID,,,,, birth certificate and other legal document may do........ make sure na meron kyo at least one month contribution............one month ung pinkmtagal bgo nyo mkuha ung SSS ID............... tatagal lng ung process kung may discrepancies ung datas nyo........ How much? thanks! d n nag-iissue ang SSS ng lumang ID card.....(ung nakaprint sa plain paper lang).... we encourage all SSS members to apply for the new tampered proof SSS ID...... so my advice is....... apply ka ng bagong SSS ID, ok? What other requirements would I bring? ok po........ just go to the nearest SSS office.... fill-up a SSS Form E-6, bring at least three valid ID or any legal documents (eg. birth certificate, baptismal, etc) confirming your personal data submitted....... then if your approved for an ID... data/biometric capturing n ung sunod...then after at least a month...... andyan n ung SSS ID mo...... for you sss no..... madali lang i verify yan samin.... just ask k n lng s counter... ok.. ok... po.... I just wanna ask the requirements for a Non-Working Spouse to file for SSS membership and how can she avail of the maternity benefit? I read in the SSS site that in order to avail of this benefit she must have paid at least three monthly contributions within the 12-month period immediately preceding the semester of her childbirth or miscarriage. So meaning if she's due to give birth in June/July can she still get the maternity benefit if she starts her contribution now? Thanks a lot!
