pero good luck! kaya mo yan... :cool:

yap, tama si quickie, lokoboy, mag shift ka na.... :(

habang may katinuan pang natitira sa utak mo... :lol:

joke joke joke....

You can PM me your work experience. What industry do want to work ba? Right now, pakonti na ang mga Pinoys na nagtatrabaho sa accounting firms dito. They either go back to RP or move to private companies as Financial Controller.

Pareng Shane

Yup. CPA din ako. Pay here for finance manager siguro nasa range ng $2-4. Mababa lang kasi ang cost of living dito. But you must be CPA in Manila to work here. Otherwise, kukuha ka ng equivalent certification dito.

Good morning fellow Accountants, et al

@quickie
We share the same sentiments. We get to least enjoy the breaks and holidays. Guess we're one of the most abused of the professions. But I still believe we are lucky. Think about the policemen and military men who are on call almost most of the time. Think also of the doctors and nurses, they also complain about working even on holidays. Marami pa. Our lot as accountants somehow just gives us more edge in terms of breaks. Guess we just have to be thankful somehow. Peace. And hope you enjoy the week ahead!

JohnCastle - I agree...ndi naman ako bitter...pero naman, if i were paid like a nurse or doctor here, i wldn't even complain about the hours! hehehe...and my brother is in the military (in fact he's in bahrain right now) so yeah, in so many ways, i guess we (i.e., accountants/cpas) are lucky :D at least i already got out of the firm so i don't have the busy season (jan-apr) anymore :cool:

Yap I used to be in a big audit firm before where even during the Christmas and New Year holiday's I was assigned to do inventory observation. January to April, oh boy, this is where we are now. More work especially with the so many deadlines. Or is it deathline. :cry: Just kidding. We need some laughter in our busy lives. Peace and have a nice day! :)

Thanks for the cheering! We all need it. I don't think you lost 3 years not celebrating your b'day. I believe you didn't age at all. Cheers!

Time will fly fast and soon, it's gonna be summer.................. :)
