For me, dahil 40% increase, means mahal na. I would rather buy equities kasi 9% discount hehe. Once equities go up positive and gain its own 40% increase, that means gold has cheapened and that is when I go for gold. But to each his own. It would have been nice to bought the gold 2 years ago. Jun 2, 2017: 121Jun 1, 2018: 122May 31, 2019: 123May 20, 2020: 162 So,3 Year growth from 2017, 162/121-1 = 33%2 Year growth from 2018, 162/122-1 = 32% 1 Year growth from 2019, 162/123-1 = 31% Ang growth nya only came from within the past 12 months. 31%. Prior to that, tig-1% lang growth. The question is, do you still see Gold going up say another 7% from today for the next 12 months? If so, buy Gold. I disagree because as i said earlier, wala pa sa peak. Im expecting 10-20% increase in 2-3yrs. Ayon sa forecast, covid-19 vaccine will be available earliest by Q3 2021.
