Hindi kay Jet Li yan...bakit mo pinipicturan bahay ko ✌✌✌

Syangapala, pumapayagpag ang GLD ngayon (40% increase in less than 2yrs) Tingin ko patuloy na tataas in future.

Bili na mga magagandat pogi kung may extra kayo dyan

Lumagpas pala ako ke pareng Jet mo at haybols mo napicturan haha.

For me, dahil 40% increase, means mahal na. I would rather buy equities kasi 9% discount hehe. Once equities go up positive and gain its own 40% increase, that means gold has cheapened and that is when I go for gold. But to each his own. :) It would have been nice to bought the gold 2 years ago. Daym.

So I checked Gold prices para macalculate ng husto.

Jun 2, 2017: 121

Jun 1, 2018: 122

May 31, 2019: 123

May 20, 2020: 162

So,

3 Year growth from 2017, 162/121-1 = 33%

2 Year growth from 2018, 162/122-1 = 32%

1 Year growth from 2019, 162/123-1 = 31%

Ang growth nya only came from within the past 12 months. 31%. Prior to that, tig-1% lang growth. The question is, do you still see Gold going up say another 7% from today for the next 12 months? If so, buy Gold.

We can revisit this thread and see if GOLD goes up 7% a year from now.

May 31, 2021: 162 * 1.07 = 173

I agree and disagree with your comments. Agree na medyo mahal, pero wala pa sa peak. Please see below.post-136149-0-35333900-1590286976_thumb.jpeg

I disagree because as i said earlier, wala pa sa peak. Im expecting 10-20% increase in 2-3yrs. Ayon sa forecast, covid-19 vaccine will be available earliest by Q3 2021.

Yaman mo talaga Papa Pops! :)

My 2020 Scoreboard as of 20200527:

SPY --5%

MRS +14%

MRS ahead by 19 percentage points, for a Year-to-Date gain of $21.1K or Php1.05M.

Huwaw, >1M pesos profit. Balato naman paps 😂
