dampa macapagal might be the easiest spot. some hotel buffets like Heat in Shang meron. 

for the classier, pricier ones, blackbird makati and there's a lobster restaurant in S Maison.

The location is far but I would go back to this if I'll crave one. Mom said lobster in Japan is so delicious.
