acidboy
Example: Triple V restos, Gloriamaris, Hapchang, Dencio's, Gerry's Grill, tia maria, Yellow Cab... Example: Tempura, Teriyaki Boy, Saisaki, Chowking, Little Asia, Pho Hoa.... 1 Quote Link to comment

ATONG ANG
acidboy, yung sa may ultra na great sisig i think is aysees ang name. sa mga established authentics try: hayuan (makimi), lingnam (noodles), tasty (dumplings and porkchop) rice<{POST_SNAPBACK}>hoping not to tresspass on anyone's authority but just to air my opinion, tasty is and will never be authentic. their noodles are served with kiamchay (salty vegetable) when the original calls for muichay(a kind of sweet vegetable). their dumplings dont have the ginger taste when the authentic taiwanese standard calls for it. their noodles are thick and flat out overcooked, losing its chewiness. more authentic ones are mien san and chia sian law in adriatico (recently closed but reopened with a new name also along adriatico) whether its authentic or not doesnt really matter as long as the taste appeals to you and it gets you full and satisfied. acidboy
The food's great and the atmosphere isn't pretentious. Japanese food? Sushi-ya sa Morato din. Vietnamese? Subukan nyo sa Saigon Best, near Sulo Hotel in QC. Middle eastern food?
