And have you lose big time then let you win a little.Haha So dont use your membership card. Sometimes its the casinos hand that have you lose. If no card then you can really say you are gambling. jimmy77 Posted May 31, 2017 Share Posted May 31, 2017 I have been intentionally staying away from Solaire in recent weeks having been almost always on the losing side every time I go to play the slot machines. Last night, I felt the itch and was not able to resist the temptation. While passing by the poker tables on my way to my favorite slot machines, one of the Solaire casino ladies invited me to join one of the poker table empty seats. I had my baptism of fire in poker last night. I was there from around 10 pm until 3:30 am. I lost some money last night. But, I enjoyed the game. Towards the end, I started to get the hang of it. And hindi mabilis maubos ang pera compared sa slot machine. hehe Tama, Retz. May babae pa na player who was helpful and even sat beside me to give me pointers. Sa poker you play against other players naman and the casino just get some commission on the winnings.... you just have to familiarize with the rules and learn to bluff hehe.... btw, is it a young or old lady? haha She must have been in her early thirties....... Yup. With poker, not everything is left to chance as in the slot machines. You have some control over your fate in the table. Certainly, I will be back to play poker. It is a "thinking" game. It is a "strategy" game. You have to think and strategize, not only to win but how to optimize your take. For example, if you have a very good hand and you are certain that you will the game, you don't immediately bet a big amount or else, they will just all fold and you end up winning only a small amount.
