Personally, nothing fancy for a first date. You're just setting your date up for a disappointment if your plan is to just impress the lady. Go for something casual like a brunch date, a visit to a museum, a movie, or just have snacks/coffee. Go for an ambiance that will let your date be her real self.

Hmmmm ako... baka dalin ko lang sya somewhere na pwede mag kwentuhan... sa seaside sa moa pwede na yun... tapos kape kape... then para tlagang iisipin ni girl na very interested ako sa kanya dadala ako ng maraming questions forced na mag kwento sya about her life... then sa mga kwento nya dun ako huhugot ng mga surprises ko for her... naks di ba... boy next door type... hehehe
