The worst service ever! Pag singilan updated sila, pag may problem na sa cable and wiring connection buwan ang bibilangan bago kanila puntahan. Talo din sa refund, non usuage doesn't mean malaki ibabawas nila sa bill. 3 months of no usuage wala pang 1 month worth of billing ang binawas sa succeding bills.

Had PLDT Fiber plan before
it is ok and usable if it works for about 2 years, then the sad thing happen

there was major PLDT outage last 2021 and after that outage some sites are not accessible, intermittent connectivity is showing. and the funny thing is i got 10 different customer reference number with the same issue.

YES, I agree with everyone

PLDT is good when it works, however once everything goes wrong either after an outage, circuit cabinet is too old, wire problems, intermittent connection, you will feel that PLDT after service is 1 out of 5 stars

Some of the issues i think

no centralize customer service, they are contractors outsource by PLDT

support departments are not in sync with customer service department

veteran technicians and support is jumping ship to other service providers

 

Hopefully they listen to their customers feedback on all platforms because if not

one of the largest ISP provider of the Philippines, will have a hard time enrolling customers back

SMART subscribers are declining, landline consumer phones are declining except small businesses,

ISP consumers is declining too

 

one of the main advantage of PLDT is that they have broad towers across the provinces

so if you relocate, chances are you will be serviced by a subsidiary of PLDT

Tapos panget pa customer service. Yung mga tech nila, hindi trained enough to handle issues raised by the customers. Power cycle lang ng router pinapagawa nila kahit nagawa na ni customer.

Di pa din na resolve ung problem sa pldt internet namin. Yung issue naman kasi is congested sa QC ung pldt so tuwing peak hours around 7 pm to 11 pm, mataas ung latency and may request timeout. Di makapag laro sa ganitong oras. Di ata to maayos ng pldt and ang option nalang is to change ISP.

PLDT online customer service is the worst. Imagine using social media like Facebook and X as the only way to communicate with them. Seriously after ending a conversation and starting a new one next day basically means explaining everything to them all over again. Ever hear of back read or scroll up for more info?
