Hi!  Original recipe is still the best.  Hindi po dapat sweet ang kare kare! Do not use kare kare mix!  And hindi po regular rice ang pampalapot kundi malagkit na sinasangag para lumabas ung roasted aroma then ginigiling po un and un ang hinahalo.  And peanut butter is ok as long as hindi ung matamis na version.  Imported peanut is better, konti lang for me then add a liitle of dinurog na mani.  Ang alamang is hindi din dapat matamis, with pork is better also.  Complete w talong, sitaw, pechay, and puso ng saging!  Perfect!
