Haha! Nice term brother! To those who want to use LL, read this first:
Republic Act No. 10591

The penalty of prision correccional and a fine of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10, 000.00) shall be imposed upon any person who is licensed to own and possess a firearm but who shall carry the registered firearm outside his/her residence without any legal authority therefor.
And to those persons na maraming ammo dyan na nakatago pero hindi naman Sports Shooter:
Section 12. License to Possess Firearms Necessarily Includes Possession of Ammunition
12.1 The license to individual or juridical entity for the ownership and possession of registered firearms necessarily includes the license to possess ammunition appropriate to the registered firearm which shall not exceed fifty (50) rounds per firearm at any given time.
12.2 A licensed citizen shall secure first a sports shooter’s license before he/she be allowed to possess ammunition more than the prescribed quantity. Only licensed sports shooter shall be allowed to possess ammunition of more than fifty (50) rounds but not more than one thousand (1000) rounds for each of the registered firearm. However, in meritorious cases, a licensed sports shooter may request for approval from the Chief, PNP through the FEO to carry more than the allowed quantity which is subject to additional fees.
Yes sir. As i have said, ndi tlga cya adviseable pero madami pa rin gugmagawa nyan. Pero dito samin, we asked the permission of the pd. And pinayagan naman kame as long as un route namin is papunta sa range. And dapat ang ltopf mamin is sportshooter since some of us need to practice tlga for competition.
Regarding naman sa bala, 50 rounds lng tlga ang allowed. Not unlsess sportshooter ka na allowed til 1000 live rounds. Ndi kasama un mga slug or basyo lng.
So sa mga magbabalak mgdala ng pistol out of their houses, make sure you have proper documents para wala hassle.
