prince albert is still excellent for prime rib but for a charbroiled ribeye, meat plus or tender bob's is pretty good. alfredo's kinda relies too much on their great tasing sauce while gulliver's although cut thick, was kinda not as tasty as the meat from tender bob's or meat plus.
unfortunately though, meat plus and tender bob's aren't as good as before. still pretty good compared to most steaks in the city but not as fantastic as before.
prince albert is still consistently tops in this city but is a little pricey.
my all time favorite steak, though, hands down, is at peter luger's. absolutely the best - even better than kobe and maybe just as good as matsuzake.

Other steak cuts - maybe Tender Bob's but really nothing compared to Ruth's Cris Lawry's Charley Brown's Morton's and my all-time favorite - Smith and Wollensky

But recently, their quality has gone down.
Best in Manila, for me, would have to be CHili's in Greenbelt 1. But Bennigan's and Outback also serve good steaks.
I'll have to try in Prince Albert sometime.

Well, outside the country, the best steak I've tasted was in a place called "The Stinkins Rose" in LA.
They served this huge 42 ounce steak called the slab.
Soft, juicy, tender and melts in your mouth.
