Ace water spa.- the spa itself is very fun to try. There are pools with different scent that would relax you and other pressure. Water massage treatment that feels like real shitsu massage. The spa is fun to try and good.

But the hotel is a different story

 

For 6,800 a night plus 2,000 deposit is too much for the service you get. The rooms are not that spectacular. The breakfast buffet is just ordinary and the personnel are not that accommodating. Specially the front desk personnel. They are almost rude in trying to explain things. Almost impatient, to think the service we got is horrible.

We went there 12:30 they told us that the room would be ready in 30mins. So we just ate first and came back 1:30 and still we waited for another 30mins all. They told us is just to sit first and wait. With no apology. The valet service is terrible. Although you have a room, the parking fee is free but you have to pay for the valet service 60.00 wtf the room cost 6800 already. They can't even give the valet as a free service. Lastly penalties and charges are not clear. Our room is a no smoking room but unfortunately my friend smoked in the room, so penalties were charged to us. The penalty is the whole deposit amount of 2k. In the room it stated that penalties would be charge accordingly but we were shocked to find out the whole amount would be forfieted and they're pointing to the hotel regulations a whole book of do's and don'ts. Who the hell read a regulation book in a hotel. It's better if they already put that amount in the sign, in the room instead of the word charges would be applied accordingly. They should have written deposit would be forfieted. The feeling is like they fooled us, and the front desk personnel was very very rude in explaining to us the situation were not even complaining but they're like defensively rude.

Ace water hotel- 1 star flop.

Regent spa on the 2nd floor of ace water spa pasig has pretty good facilities and ezcellent massage (legit)
