Para sakin, the only fool-proof way to lose that belly and keep it off is having consistency and overall holistic health. Exercise and diet is of course needed, but not everyone does them with consistency. These things should be part of you like going to the toilet or brushing your teeth is. It should be things you can't live without. Hindi yung parang panonood ng sine o pamamasyal na gagawin mo lang pag nasa mood ka.

 

Also, it helps if you change your outlook about health and fitness. If your only motivation for exercising and not eating rice is aesthetics, then you are more likely to not do it with consistency. You will just burn out sa routine, at balik lang sa dating mga bisyo. But if your motivation is overall holistic health, then you ten to focus more on discipline and it will be easier to be in this lifestyle. Added bonus syempre yung mwalan ka ng bilbil. Hindi lang naman yan pagbabawas ng kanin. Dapat nasa sistema mo talaga kumain ng masustansya at mabuti sa katawan. Para sakin a lot of people wanna look healthy but dont care too much about being healthy. Those are 2 different things

This is the biggest exercise myth of all time. Situps don't do squat. You'll only injure your back doing it more often. It takes a ridiculous amount (in over thousands) to burn just one gram of belly fat.

 

Besides, spotting is a myth. You can't target one particular part of your body to lose fat. Unless ipa liposuction mo siguro

cycling - once a week long ride then spinning at home. true, avoid too much beer but if you are already into cycling, you can still eat anything. :)

 

Yes effective din ito. Nga lang, dapat intensity talaga pagpedal, hindi yung parang joyride lang sa bisikleta.

 

When it comes to diet, I think its always best to go for a holistic health approach. Huwag lang puro bawas sa carbs. Take stuff also thats gonna up your metabolism and tutulong sa digestion mo

sabi nga nila TNL ka pag may beer belly ka.. pero ayaw ko magka beer belly, kaya cardio at crunches pag may time.. :)

 

Sus, imbento yan ng mga inggit at tamad palibhasa sama ng itsura nila lol. I have nothing naman against people na may tyan, talagang it comes with age eh. Pero whats wrong with wanting to be healthier and more importantly challenge yourself?

Used to have a pot belly din, was able to trim it by cutting back on sugars and carbs, dati papatulan ang unlirice tsaka softdrinks araw araw, ngayon half cup of rice a day nalang tapos occasional nalang ang softdrinks, like 2-3 drinks a month. I also go to the gym regularly and do a combination of cardio and weights. I still do situps from time to time pero it's not to trim the belly fat, it's to strengthen the ab muscles lang.

As long as you lose fat you'll lose some belly fat. It's metabolically active and is the first kind of fat to burn off. So as long as you get to that point you're on your way. The hard part is getting the body to switch from glucose-burning mode to fat-burning mode. To make the switch you have to deplete enough glycogen via a combination of exercise and diet so that the body starts using the stored fat for energy. The first few pounds that you lose will be water weight so you have to keep going until you get to the fat.

Takbo ang sulution ! Yong nga lang kailagan mo rin ng tamang Running Shoe . Kase pag hindi tama sa talampakan mo . Sasakit yon shin , heel and leg natin. Hindi naman dapat expensive nike ,addidas ,asic or new balance shoe . Basta dapat walang sakit habang tumatakbo para iwas injury rin.
