It depends. starting usually 12k-16k sa new hires or newly grad tapos 2k-10k na dagdag pag napromote hanggang maging part ka na ng corporate na aabot 250k-350k monthly salary on top of the allowances na 1.5k sa newbie hanggang 8k sa mga tenured at promoted.add mo pa monthly bonus na 1k-10k depende sa account na hawak mo kasama na mga premium pay na binibigay sa tenured sobra din pla tax sa mga cc.

to answer ur question biggest paycheck na nakuha ko sa isang cut off was around 30k plus mas malaki pa siguro ung mga bumebenta sa outbound cause am just talking about tech support.

normal na takehome netpay per cut off is 7k sa rank and file then 13-20k sa mga supervisor, 9-12k sa mga support group, 24-50k sa mga managers at 50k-100k sa mga senior managers pataas.

Not all is well with Sykes. They are implementing cost cutting measures like no AA. And the basic salary of agents there is the same way back 2002. Sykes have regressed and s just focused on its survival, not caring for the growth and welfare of its employees. Sad to say but it is the case.

Still true as of today?
