Sa IRR ng RA 10591, na-omit ang Engineers from those exempt to submit a certificate of threat assessment while sa RA mismo, they are included sa professionals to be in imminent danger. Na-resolve po ba ang conflict na to?

That's interesting. Republic Act 10591 was approvedd by congress/senate and then signed by Pres Pnoy Aquino, whereas the implementing rules and regulation of this act was signed by former PNP chief Allan Purisima.

If meron na old PTCFOR, hindi na kelangan threat assessment. Huwag lang yata lalagpas ng 3 years na expire?

I have submitted my application last week sa PTCFOR secretariat.

Confirmed na hindi na kelangan ng Threat Assessment for "Engineers". Kaya lang hindi yata lahat ng engineers ay exempted.

I'll keep you posted kung ma approve-an application ko.

Good to hear na na-resolve na nila yung issue.

My application for PTCFOR took around 20 days to process, then received sms from the secretariat stating na ready na ang order of payment. :D

Sarap ng feeling of having to carry, legally. ^_^

Finally, received my ptc card today. It cost me Php 12,400.00 for my 2 piece. I initially thought it was only Php 200.00 each. My bad. :)
