Asking a question to validate your statement does not make my question stupid. Your defensive reply instead if answering the question directly invalidates your statement.

 

Duterte never stopped the ICC from investigating. I am not apologizing for Duterte. Just stating facts.

Your answer, by the way, is also dumb because I never mentioned anything about Duterte "stopping" the investigation.

 

Duterte couldn't stop the investigation if he wanted to. It is not his decision to make. He can try to prevent it by threats, but to make the decision not investigate is not in his power.

Pnoy's admin is the worst when it comes to implementing infrastructure projects. Any other administration, except Cory's, would outperform his term.
