at some extent customers are always right, but sometimes they are misinformed regarding some services and the "fine prints" of business marketing....so when they are "actually" wrong in some points, it is best to give them the correct information as calmly as possible.

" NO !!!!"

Filipino consumers are often uninformed, irresponsible .....

kawawa naman ang mga may business .. grabe ang mga Customer's na ipaglalaban ang kanilang mga karapatang mali ...

kasi hindi pala nila alam ang batas...

malimit ... pinagaawayan ang " no return no exchange policy "

hindi kc alam ng mga consumers ang exemptions ....

hindi nila alam .. they often invoke the consumer act ... not knowing that the consumer act does not only protect the rights of the consumers but the retailers and the businessmen as well ....]

..... Irresponsible consumers .......no place in the business world..... :grr: :grr:

It all boils down to the quality of service rendered by the business. Kung pangit ang service and quality in anything expect na the customer will always be right [in pointing out your mistakes]. Just be open-minded when dealing with the customer and try to put yourself in the situation from the customer's point of view. Madali lang naman makipagusap eh if you have the sense to be tactful.

Kung ikaw naman na customer service guy ay wala nang ginawa kundi sabihin ang "hindi" or "not my department" sino ba naman ang hindi magagalit na customer sa iyo?

Maraming beses na ako rin na uminit ang ulo ko sa mga businesses kasi pinagpapasahan lang ako when it comes to their execution of business. There is nothing more maddening than being given the "run-around".

not all the time.

inasmuch as there are establishments which are lax with there service

and quality control, there are also customers who are pain to deal with.

at the end of the day, as long as the companies give their best and handle

their customers the best way they can, things will run smoothly.
